I was looking for a printer to use for artwork/photos and possibly images for the jewelry I make. I zeroed in on this one because the paper and ink are relatively inexpensive compared to other brands, and so was the printer itself. It was super easy to set up (the part that took the longest was resetting the password from the factory default) and I printed a few images from my phone. One is a digital painting and the other is a photo taken with an iPhone 6s. They look sharp and fairly correct for color/tone without me doing any filters within the printer app. I could see using this printer for pet portrait events where I can hand them a photo immediately
