I absolutely love this little futon. I wanted a comfortable seat of some sort for my she cave. I wanted one big enough that I can lounge in what ever position I wanted while watching movies or tv on my projector and also occasionally allow my husband into watch a movie with me but not so large that more than the two of us could be in here. I am a big girl wearing a size 22/24 (dont know how much I weigh and frankly don't want to know)and my husband is about 190 lbs. With the arms up completely we both sit in a comfortable lounge position. Normally him with his feet on an ottoman and me with one leg draped over his lap and the other crossed under me. I am 5'6" and he is 5'9". Neither of us feel squashed or cramped. The seat is extremely comfortable. Not just for a futon but just a truly comfortable seat. Frankly, it's the best seat in the house! Especially when I am having issues with my back. It was delivered very quickly and undamaged. I ordered on April 15 which was a Friday (late, after 10pm). They shipped the following Monday and I received it on Wednesday the 20th via UPS. Faster than Prime has been as of late. The gray color does have an under tone of tan. It's actually the exact same color as my kindle fire shows. The linen type material is sost with a bit of texture much like actual linen. A very nice neutral color. No odd chemical smell. The legs where very easy to put on. The pockets are on both arms and got to the bottom of the arm and about 2.5 to 3 inches from both the front and back of the arms. I haven't put anything more than my cell phone, tablet, and a book in them. When I lay the arm down, like I do often, the pockets don't bag down and nothing slides out. My single complaint is the back cushion. Its not very firm so consequently you feel the metal rail back rest through. I happened to have replaced two regular bed pillows and still had the flatened worn out ones still around. I simply unzipped the and stuffed them in. Makes the pillow firm. Gives me more support and I do not feel the rail at all. If I hadn't had to do that it would be a solid 5 star product. I would gladly give it 4.5 or even 4 3/4 stars if I had the option. I am seriously considering buying two more as extra large chairs for the living room! These are well worth the money! I have already recommended to a friend for her daughter's room and to my nephew for when he completes his tiny house.
