Our 1yo cat has had 6 month of hot spots, 4 months of which are while she's been on allergy meds and food changes. She's spent 5 months in cones to prevent licking and allow healing. We ordered this last week hoping it can help. First two days we gave her 3 doses and have continued now with 2 doses per day. She's on day 3 without her cone and the hot spot locations are not showing any redness, which gives us hope! We aren't going to rock the boat for a while, sticking with both for now. She eats the food with the drops without any issues. We are cautiously optimistic right now- and will update this review as time passes. Update 8/2/18: our only complaint, she can't go without this! It has cut her licking and itching down tremendously. She's also shedding notably less. This is the longest she's gone without a cone and we love seeing her spunk and joy again. No hot spots and hoping it stays that way! 3/6/21: she still gets this on her food every evening :)
