I’ll admit I was skeptical of this product. I bought my house a year ago and all the stainless steel appliances were water stained and a giant eye sore. I’ve tried multiple products but nothing worked. It was to the point where I’d resigned to one day replacing them, because nothing shifted the marks. I wish I had a before and after photos, but trust me when I say this dishwasher looks a thousand times better. And the oven which was dull and dingy looks almost new. Now, did it remove all of the water stains and gunk built up from the previous owners? It’s not a time machine. But I don’t feel like I need to replace my appliances now. PROS: It’s super easy to use and the microfiber clothe it came with it is perfect for buffing the product into the stainless steel. The lavender smell is pleasant and not overpowering. Lastly, the formula is thick and seems to cut through stuck on grime like magic. CONS: If you have bad, stuck on water stains, it won’t completely remove them. I’ve done a couple treatments, but the stains on the bottom of my oven are still there. Did it make them less noticeable? One hundred percent! But the stains are still there. OVERALL: I’m giving this 5 stars because I never thought I’d shift those stains. Now I only see them if I’m looking at them. It’s not a miracle, “clean to look like new” product. Especially if your appliances have seen some stuff, but it did a better job than all the other products I’ve tried. That’s worth the 5 star review!
