I am extremely pleased with this product. As a women of color who has transitioned from chemically-used products on my hair to going natural, this deep conditioning heat cap is wonderful. When I give myself treatments, I am no longer tethered to my spot as I was with my previous cap, by the electric cord. I can walk around and complete other tasks, while my hair gets the conditioning it needs. This is cap is the best, I recommend it to anyone who gets deep conditioning treatments
