the fabric covering the rotating massage balls frayed and opened up after 6 months of regular use. The massaging head balls rubbed directly on my clothing, creating wear marks on whatever you are wearing. I posted a review to this effect, and Zyllion saw the review and immediately reached out to get me a replacement, which arrived quickly. It's wonderful when a seller stands behind their products like this. Edit: the replacement unit also failed, in the same place and the same way. Zyllion also replaced that one. They are very good about service. Very proactive and very professional. See the 2nd and 3rd photos here for what happened to the replacement massager. The first photo is of my original unit. I do use it daily. I treat it as a lumbar cushion. It gets a lot of use.
