Between losing a child, thyroid issues, and probably adrenal issues as well, have been in a depression slump for the past 8 years. I have tried enough supplements to fill two plastic bins that you would pack winter clothes in, and none of those were able to help me. I found this product a month ago and was initially put off by the price, so I didn't order right away. A week later I ordered and after 3 days of taking these, it was like a light came on! I was actually starting to "feel" something! You've got to understand, for years the days have just been passing me by! Anyone who has experienced depression will understand this. It's awful! Anyway, I started with 1 of these when I first woke up in the morning and then another one at lunch (before eating.) I am now taking 2 in the morning and 2 at lunch. This formula is an absolute godsend for me! I finally feel happy and energetic! I finally want to get out of this house and LIVE! I am so, so thankful for this product!
