First time buyer of this brand...like the fact it is NON FORTIFIED and it tastes incredibly good. Bought it because the price was too good not to try...Am very satisfied. Follow up.....bought this nutritional yeast again and am so delighted with it....will be a permanent buyer of this for now on. Follow up bought it a fourth time and extremely satisfied....Great taste, great product. Again, this is a delicious non fortified nutritional yeast...nothing added...all natural. I am posting the nutritional values...Frontier co-op emailed me this....it is for the 1 pound mini flake nutritional yeast they sell on Amazon.
