Second time used it kept flying up and would not respond to the controller. We tried everything but the unit did not respond to the controller. It just kept rising higher and higher until it was a dot in the air. It Must have been defective but since the drone is nowhere to be found, I can't prove it. A very expensive experience. Update:This company contacted me right away and resolved this issue. Customer service is incredible.
