Get the illustrated on-line guide before attempting to use!!
The spiralizer is simple to use and to clean. It does a great job. One proviso...the small instruction booklet which comes with the spiralizer is really inadequate and omits a couple of important pieces of information. A quick look at the illustrated explanation reached by entering the product name on Google will show you everything you need to know in a clear, easily-understood manner.
