I wear a size 18, 40DD, and I am 6'0". I got a size bigger than I would normally get just because most online clothes run small from my experience. I ordered the Size C (3x-4x), and it fits just like I wanted it to. I would say definitely size up if you're even thinking about whether to size up or not. The material seems nice and breathable, and it's super cute! I can't wait to wear it on my trip!
