I have ordered this product and got delivered before the estimated delivery date. it was very easy to assemble and I had all the assembling instructions. Unfortunately, I kept getting the E07 error code and the treadmill is not running. I was disappointed but then I reached out to the seller through Amazon. To my surprise, the seller was very responsive and they were instructed me to try few quick fixes. But again in my case non of their fixes resolved the problem. So the seller decided to REFUND the FULL money and I do not need to return the treadmill. I was pleased with their commitment to their customer and earned my trust in their customer service.
