I ordered these clippers because I got the bright idea that I’d give my long-haired kitty a “lion cut” myself and save the $75 that it would cost to get it done professionally. It was toward the end of summer and she was hot, matted, and miserable even though she’s an indoor kitty where it’s air conditioned. The clippers worked great! I had no complaints with them. My kitty wasn’t scared of them because they weren’t really loud. She sat still for me to cut her hair. I would say they were easy to use, but I think clipping a kitty requires a lot more skill than the professionals make it look. LOL My daughter couldn’t stop laughing at the terrible job I did (since it was her cat) so I handed her the clippers and said, “Let’s see if you can do better.” She couldn’t. Needless to say, Mellie the cat didn’t exactly get the “Lion cut” we were going for, but at least she was more comfortable. 😂 Maybe next time, I’ll do better.
