This arrived well before the estimated shipment date, it was maybe 3-4 days. The canvas is nice and heavy and the frame is completely solid. I'll bolt it down once we stop tweaking its location. I put a propane fire place under it last night (on low) and it's the most relaxing place ever. I wouldn't not recommend putting this together alone. In fact the instructions recommend 4 adults for one of the steps. I did 90%+ of the work alone, my wife helped me lift the frame a few times. I was pleased to see they provided plenty of extra/spare parts. I was worried I would drop a bolt or washer between the cracks of the deck. Every part is labeled and the instructions are easy to follow.
