Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Ok, so... I'll admit. I opened the package, checked I had all the parts and It seemed as if I was missing 7 screws (the instructions don't really label or show detail of which screw, but they have the number of how many etc)... so I called amazon to complain and try to contact the seller LOL. well... then we decided to try putting it together until we found what we were missing.... come find THE SCREWS WERE ALREADY IN PLACE LOOSELY AND JUST NEEDED TO BE REMOVED TO ASSEMBLE THE PARTS TOGETHER! ha! whoops.. my bad ;OP Then, I read about the hydraulic being backwards. We originally put the foot lever in backwards and then on the bottom of the instructions it as a warning about which direction is the correct position --> turns out we had it flipped around (see attached photo of the correct placement) and BAM everything works perfect. So what started off as me being aggravated like the rest of the reviews... I realized I was quick to jump the review gun, and now here to update it. the chair is perfect for what I need. Hope this review helps someone make their decision and also troubleshoot the common complaints here.
