We ordered this product after my wife's screen cracked pretty badly. When we got the product it was nicely packaged and came with easy to follow instructions (gives you a link to a youtube video to follow). After we got the screen on; the phone wouldn't turn back on. So we put the old, cracked screen back on and it worked. We contacted the seller with our issue and they sent us a brand new one with the return of the old one. No hassles at all! We reinstalled the second time around and voila! Worked like a charm! The screen is high quality and it was pretty easy to do! Hardly any hassle. We got it on properly within 10 minutes. The only con about this screen is that it doesn't have the finger print reader. It still has the home button; but the finger print reader doesn't work. It wasn't a make or break deal for us because my wife usually uses her code to unlock her phone anyways. Once it was installed and ready to go, it's like she had a brand new phone. Definitely recommend!
