Neat oil
I only have one test that really matters- the wife smell test. She says it passes.
The oil: Lubricates and moisturizes as expect. It's a nice oil without too many synthetic ingredients. It even comes in a fancy-looking dropper bottle which - while not super durable - looks nice. I got 2 versions, and 1 of them came with a small leak in the dropper resulting in a smelly box. This is okay, so long as you don't mind a little smell in your cabinet. The leak was just a few drops escaping through the rubber stop, there was no product on the cardboard container.
The smell: Very manly and musky. I think what a lot of people mean to say is that musky smells are sort of "out" right now, and cleaner essential oil smells are "in". This smell is very old-fashioned. I think it smells great, although it can be a bit strong for someone who isn't into this scent. Someone made a comment that the product shows that this is from India, and I agree. Think about a sort of old-world, Jules Verne style world traveler smelling of cologne and spices and sweat. That's what this line seems to be aiming for.
