Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

What is with these extra long reviews that just retell the story? Buy a notebook, or get yourself a blog page. These go on and on and on but don't really review the book. Are there too many characters? Are the characters well developed, do we fall in love with them, empathize with them or hate them? Is this a continuing story or does the author conclude it within this book and then leave an opening for book 2, or does he/she leave you hanging thus requiring you to buy book 2? Too much sex? Or not enough? Profanity? Who would like this book? I read the reviews to help me decide if I should buy the book. You probably fancy yourself a writer, but these super long reviews are just boring and are no help at all.
