This is really high quality potent Tumeric Curcumin. The fact that it's all natural and free from any fillers, binders or preservatives makes it much purer than what the other brands have to offer. I tend to look into natural ways to cure the problem instead of relying on NSAIDs and other harmful medications. I initially started with 1 capsule, then 2 and gradually increased to 3 per day. After 1 week I noticed my leg swelling has dramatically reduced. I recommend taking it with a warm glass of milk. I'll continue taking this brand and gradually cut down the dosage once my swelling is completely gone. A wonderful product all around.
