I have always had allergies and sinus headaches, but the older I have gotten - the worse they've gotten. I have several really nasty sinus headaches a month. This product is outstanding. I don't have to take Sudafed hardly *ever* these days, and when I do, it's usually because I don't have access to Sinusalia (I really should carry some with me.) Gone are the days are a headache made even worse by having to take Sudafed and feeling all dried out, on top of having the pressure and pain in my skull. Gone are the days of taking two 500mg Tylenol every few hours to keep the mind numbing, nauseating pain at bay that lives just behind my left eyeball and pounds on my ear drum. (I sometimes retain fluid behind the ear drum when my left sinuses aren't draining properly, this adds ear pressue/ache to my issues.) And GONE are the days of even low-dose Sudafed giving me the jitters and making me nauseous. <--- I'm already an anxious, twitchy person. I don't need to make it worse, thank you very much. Not only do I adore this product, but my father, husband, and grandmother are all converts now, too! My Grandma, sadly, doesn't partake in the wonders of the internet, so we just make sure to order an extra box for her. My Dad was limited with what he could take OTC, thanks to prescription drugs, and Sinusalia is a product he can use without it interacting with his existing medications. Most of the time, when I feel my sinus troubles acting up, it only takes 1 tablet for me. It is less common that I need to take 2 of them at a time. Never in my life did I think I would find something holistic that would help as much as this has. I tell everyone with sinus issues and allergies about it!
