To all my fellow plus-sized ladies, just throw your old tactical pants in the trash and get these! Seriously. I am a size 16-18; I ordered both the size 18L and the 20R (a size up as other reviewers suggested), and I am so glad I did. The 18L were a little tight and the length was a little long (I am 5'9"-- but they were still wearable with my work boots)... and by tight, I mean I had to lay down on the bed and grab the channel locks. The 20R are prefect. They are super freaking comfortable and unbelievably flattering. I have a mommy pouch, and all other tactical pants made me super self concious about it; in fact, I think they accentuated it. I don't know what it is about the front panel of the pant, but it completely flattens your tummy. I also have a healthy sized rear end and thighs. They hug and flatter every curve, instead of giving you a saggy diaper looking butt or baggy pant legs like others. My hubby actually checked me out in work my work pants 😉 Spend the money on these; you won't regret it. These are super comfy, stretchy pants that look amazing and give me a great range of motion at work. With that said, they would be great for police, EMTs, and etc.
