Call 877-773-7221 for warranty....
Bought 5 pieces of furniture from Prepac 3 years ago. Drawers were all busted off on two sets. Pulled out all of the drawers and found out that the plastic holders for the rails were all in pieces. Called Amazon customer service, Got the number for Prepac and called them @ 877-773-7221. Item suprisingly is still under warranty, got the holders sent to me - no problems!! Awesome customer service....
