I bought this for my adult son. He has been taking this since injuring his shoulder at work. This stuff has really helped. If he misses a dose for a day - the pain is extraordinary and intolerable. It does take time for the stuff to work - the results are not immediate - starts to work after 3-7 days. DO NOT MISS A DOSE or you'll be back to square one. But once you get it in your system - the results are miraculous. This stuff really really works on the inflammation that causes the pain!
