I wouldn't be without this screen door with pets! The instructions were easy to follow and I liked the way it could be installed on either wood, metal, or glass. I used both the tacks and the hook and loop tape to do a hybrid install over my glass slider and wood frame. I found that lifting the top center hem slightly and then retacking the tacks helped to encourage the magnets to connect a little better. The cats and dogs figured it shortly and the flies are finally foiled! Even my old blind dog mastered going through it. Sometimes the magnets stick to the outer metal frame of my slider when someone opens it super wide, but overall, this is a great idea. My daughter's husky accidentally ran into the glass slider when I closed it after she'd gotten used to it being open all day. She's smart, so imagine she'll learn to check it before running full speed through it. Even my tiny puppies can use this door as seen on the little video.
