This arrived and sat unopened for a week while I repeatedly asked Boyfriend to put it together. I dreaded dealing with putting it together. Prior attempts putting things together have always ended with frustration, anger and stripped screws. I would rather pull my hair out strand by strand versus assembling anything mechanical. Finally after much nagging it was clear that Boyfriend wasn’t going to assemble in my lifetime. Having no leverage, I finally decided to do it myself. I allocated a rainy morning and 3 hours to the task. I opened the box to see what cheap tools and crappy instructions hell I needed to deal with. Possibly I would need a stiff drink. I prepared myself for the worst. The box contained a large instruction sheet, some small brochures, a bag with 4 screws, a screwdriver, 2 pedals and the elliptical. I was confused at first. This looked easy. Too easy. Something was wrong. I braced myself to write an anguished email to the company. Surely something was missing??? Fast forward 5 minutes. I made coffee. I read the instruction sheet. I mentally prepared myself for failure. Doom. Fast forward another 5 minutes. I lined up the predrilled holes and fastened the two petals to the elliptical. I re-read the instructions twice. Surely I was missing something??? I couldn’t possibly be done??? Finally I placed the elliptical on the floor. I placed my feet on petals. I rode like the wind. For the first time in my life I had hope. And no more excuses to sit still at my desk. **Update 2:53AM 01/26/19 can’t sleep must I must leave update on review** Dearest Customer I can vouch for the outstanding support from Cubii personally. Team sent a part I broke that I could not repair free of charge. I even offered to pay but they refused my money. Free. Of. Charge. —- WHOA 🤩😻🕺🕺🕺 This was toyally beyond my expectations and happened many months after original purchase. Wow. Do I still use this? Why yes, I still joyfully petal to the metal to this very day. I especially enjoy frequent brief agile sprints whilst tending to my daily duties.
