Needed something that could quickly make hot chocolate for a large crowd and this coffee urn did the trick! Went to a bricks and mortar store and found a smaller one for the same price so it was actually a steal buying this on amazon. I’ve only used it to make hot chocolate so I can’t comment on its coffee making skills but it certainly makes some great hot chocolate and it didn’t burn it!
