I love this tripod. It makes hairstyling so much easier. I have learned that I tend to pull on the head a little as I braid, curl, etc. However, there is a spot on the bottom that is the perfect place to set my foot to keep the tripod from moving so that works for me. It is made very well and is very durable. I have had this product for almost a year and have had no issues whatsoever!
