Excellent customer service. I had one small issue and they went well above and beyond expectations to help me. Very helpful. As far as the ironing board itself, it seems to be perfect for our needs. My wife is making and donating masks so we needed a bigger, better ironing board than what we originally had because we are working with larger quantities of fabric (and we needed one that lifts high enough so that my lower back doesnt ache when ironing for long periods). This board is great. And the cord holder is something we never knew we needed.
