Worth every penny!
Live Best Adjustable Pull-up/Dip station provides an excellent addition to any home gym for the money.
My number one concern was having a low ceiling height in my basement. The ceiling is 84 inches but the station's adjustable height setting worked out perfectly. The second highest setting was 79 inches and allows me to do pull ups safely.
The overall construction of the station is solid. I am 200 lbs and the station holds firm with all exercises. One caution is that the dip arms use pins that allow the arms to fold down. Be sure that those pins are all the way snapped through before doing dips. I would have liked to see those pins a bit more secure in design.
I would recommend assembling the station with the help of a friend or family member. The number one thing to do is to identify and sort out the different bolts (22's, 19's, etc), washers, and nuts before beginning assembly. The directions are OK IF you already identify those parts. It would have been great if the manufacturer stamped the bolts, washers with the number.
The number one reason I purchased this besides the adjustable height feature is more subtle .... look closely at the bar handles on top. You can do regular grip and under hand grip pull ups (like most stations) but you can also grab two handles allowing you to pull up from the side. Many other stations do not offer that from what i could see. If traditional grip pull ups are hard for you, those handles will make it easier for you until you are bale to do a regular grip.
Looking to get back in shape with this station. At 49 years old its getting harder! ; ) Look luck!!
