INSTRUCTIONS are slightly helpful unfortunately, anyone who's handy could assemble this and get it up and running with no problem. But people who aren't as handy and need to do things directly by the book might face some challenges. SHIPPING The shipping box looks like its been dropped from orbit, it was banged up and rugged looking when received, some of the vehicle was even poking out of the box. Noticed some stress on the plastic from being dropped or bent past its limits, also a small crack along side the bottom side. I live in oregon, and this product shipped from New Jersey, so it changed quite a few hands by the time it made it across United States, so I just want to let people know, if you do live on the west coast, you might receive it with some damage due to such a long distance shipping. If I would do it again, I would end up paying the extra 100 or so for fast shipping. There was another issue that came from the long shipping haul the package endured, it turns out the on-board speaker that plays the FMradio and bluetooth had a loose wire, so I had to disassemble quite a few peices of the car to get the dashboard open so I could find the loose speaker wire and solder the wire back and fix the issue, cost me about 30 dollars to get a souldering kit, I wouldn't advise anyone to fix this issue unless you're familiar with wiring here and there. I ended up fixing the issue and the speaker sounds better then ever! FINAL THOUGHTS Honestly, if I would have to buy this product again. I would definitely do it in a heartbeat, the product looks and total appeal completely blows any other ride along kid cars on the market. The power comes on nice and easy, the remote controll range is absolutely insane. It goes about 50 to 100ft. The features, radio, bluetooth, onboard music. Everything is just fantastic. My only gripe about this product is that its definitely on the expensive side for the lack of instructions and unfortunate circumstances that lead to a home depot trip to strip somewires and reattach them to fix some issues straight out the box, just be aware if you're looking to buy this, there might be some surprises if you live on the west coast. If you're a handy person and can troubleshoot any problems that may occur. It is worth the headache.
