This thing is amazing. I researched all of the percussion massagers currently on the market, and this is going to be your best value. The more expensive devices get the same job done, but may only be quieter. Yes this thing is noisy, but I don't mind at all. I'm listening to something with my earbuds while I use it. The amount of time I spend on massaging and recovery had been cut in half and more effective. Foam rolling is great, but takes time and the use of your whole body to get it done. You also can't get to every spot needed that may require more precision. Yes I use a tennis ball for those areas, but again, more work that just placing the massager on that spot. You also don't have to be very precise as the vibrations affect a large area in getting the job done. Think of it as a 'shotgun' and not a 'rifle' when targeting those tight muscles. This device also allows you keep it running continuously without having to hold down the trigger. Click the trigger once to turn on, then click again to turn off. One of the main reasons I chose this device over others. Secondly, it comes with 2 batteries. Most others provide one battery, and you would have to purchase another. I like having one charged and ready to go at all times just in case. It came with 2 batteries, 3 head adapters, a charger, and the main device in a nice carrying case that had a foam cutout section for each piece to fit into when being stored. Great quality, great price, and I couldn't be happier :)
