Correct me if I'm wrong but the only "censorship" that I'm aware of that happened was them changing dialogue in two scenes that isnt important to the story whatsoever, people are making this into such a big stupid deal, the original scenes were gross so good on them for making these changes, would have preferred for them to cut the scenes entirely.
