I have never used something like this before and I was skeptical, but my sister has used the Diva Cup and liked it so I decided to look into it. I have not tried the Diva Cup like my sister, but I got these because they were significantly cheaper, you get two of them, and they come with a pouch (I go backpacking and the pouch helps with convience when out on the trails). It does take a little practice to find the best way of getting it in and out, but these are exceptionally better than the traditional pads or tampons. They stop any and all leaking so all you need to wear is this. I also did not think this would help relieve period symptoms (and I experience terrible symptoms), but it does. I was incredibly more comfortable because I used these. I have not had a child so I ordered the smaller size. I was still a little worried about that because I tend to have a hard time with tampons. But I was happy to find I had no issues wearing these for the duration of my period. Even while riding my horse and going rock climbing, I had no problem with comfort or leaking. I highly recommend!
