Very straightforward to use. You could create your own wiring harness but if you're not comfortable nor feel like creating your own harness this works extremely well. Although the harness is intended for use with one horn, I have used this with dual horns with no issues. To get it to work with dual horns, instead of using the included quick-splice connectors to convert the two old horn wires into one horn wire, I used it to split the positive/negative horn wires into dual horn wires via creating my own quick-connect points on the 3-points of the quick-splice (one goes to the harness, one goes to the first horn, and the other goes to the second horn) and creating additional quick connections wires to go to the two horns (do this for both the positive and negative new horn wires)
