Helps my energy level
Tastes like strong, slightly bitter olive oil but that flavor is easily washed out of your mouth with water. Unexpectedly, my energy level is better since I started using this stuff. Will definitely buy it again. I've always known I don't eat enough greens and had hoped this would help.
