I bought these as a part of my buzz lightyear costume. I was mainly concerned about the fit and appearance but they worked out great.
The only con is I had to wear a pair of white tights underneath these because I could see the outline of my underwear in the mirror. If I would have worn a long top like I normally do with leggings, this wouldn't have bothered me at all.
