I am an Attorney and a client came to me with a case that Would have been a contested/disputed liability situation, but she had a dash cam. The clear video Saved her case and clearly showed the other driver at fault. I ordered the YI cam since it had good reviews and seemed Simple. I am please with the product and the user friendly technology. Ironically, I installed and switched the camera on for the first time as I left my office. 3 minutes later I was nearly hit by a woman driving the wrong way down a major thoroughfare as I passed through a green light!! I have attached the video for your amusement. I am so glad I have this little camera in my vehicle.
