First of all, I think this is a very well made Mobile Activity Center. I bought one for my grandson's visit to see me and he loved it so much that I bought another one for him to use at his house. That's when there was an incident. One of the pieces that the child plays with (The Blue Spring Loaded Owl) can be pushed forward by the child and can spring back and injure the child...watch the attached video. This is exactly what happened with my grandson who suffered a welt under his eye when the owl sprung back and hit him. I call and spoke with Christy who is with the Tiny Love US Distributor and she couldn't have been nicer. She was very concerned about my grandson's injury. Christy also offered to send replacement toys (Hedge Hog) that will replace the owl. After all of this, I highly recommend this Mobile Activity Center for your infant/toddler...just BEWARE of the Evil Owl!!! Grampa Gary
