I have 2 of these. One I’ve had for more than 6 months with no issues. The other started to leak profusely after about 45 days; 15 days after the return window ended for amazon returns. ****update**** After writing this review, the manufacturer contacted me directly about the diffuser. After asking some questions about what was broken (and ruling out user error) they sent me a new diffuser free of cost. The new one works perfectly so far. The company was very easy to communicate with once the contacted me. They were quick to answer my questions and help out any way they could. Because of the great customer service, I’m changing my review from 3 to 4 stars. I’ve attached a video that shows where my diffuser was leaking. If yours is the same, please attempt to contact the manufacturer directly. They will most definitely rectify the situation!
