I am a genius. Read if you have block style mantel.
You can bend these if you don't have a mantel with a lip on it like they always show in the pictures. Mine is block style (8") and the clips would not work because there isn't enough length across the top of the hooks to hold them in place. When I bent them (see pic) they work great! I am a genius!
