I’ll be honest - I’m not a med student BUT I love medical things and always so intrigued when my primary uses one of these on me. For a non med student - the instructions are kind of confusing and all the parts don’t make much sense so I’m having to research what everything is - which I’m totally okay with since I love to learn! There isn’t a battery included in this for the cylinder that looks into your ear so you’ll need to purchase one. I believe it take a D battery of sorts. But, this is a really awesome kit and came in a nice case! I can see how great this would be for a med student! Everything feels and looks of high quality. I can’t wait to try this out and see what my primary sees! Also, great for those of us who love all things medical.
