I bought this 2 years ago, and used it pretty much every day and it makes great coffee. I had to order replacement filters, and the Secura replacement filters for this French Press did not fit. I emailed the seller, and within hours they emailed back saying they redesigned the French Press slightly since I bought it so the new filters would not fit the old press, and to rectify the situation, they were sending me a brand new French Press free of charge. I received the new French Press 2 days later and it works just as well as the old one. Excellent customer service to say the least
