I’ve been using this for a couple weeks and it’s great to come home to after 8hrs of being on my feet I’m not giving it 5stars because 1.) I’m a big person and the feet are too close together. 2.) I have high arches and it doesn’t get into mine that great but it does feel great on my heals. 3.) it doesn’t heat up that much but it does get warm just take your socks off so you can feel it
