Buy it once, never waste money on microdermabrasion at a spa or clinic. Legit pro/medical grade device. Been using for a few months, and my skin is absolutely glowing. No more blackheads on the nose, that age spot on my hand is fading by the day although it won't ever disappear entirely, from what I understand. Am 44, but told routinely I look about 32 by many surprised people. I'm told that my skin is gorgeous. Was not solicited to write this, not compensated, etc. Honest review.
