Just as described, easy to work with. If you only take the back off about six inches at a time, it solves the bubbling problem some people describe. My walls are slightly textured and it sticks just fine. I think it looks nice and will save the drywall until I can afford a real backsplash someday. Make sure you measure carefully and order enough. Edit: I noticed someone said it looks cheap/ not real. I had my doubts when first I got it, but it looks so different all rolled up in the packaging as opposed to on a wall. It looks SO different when you actually put it up. Quite nice, I think. I've had it up for at least a month now with zero issues- continues to stick very well.
