I was desperate as you can see. My left foot constantly has a painful ingrown toe nail because of the fungus. The right was just ugly. I started Gold Mountain fungal Nail Eliminator and it softened up my nails and stoped the pain from the ingrown toe nail. It allowed me to start cutting and filling and even dremeling the top of the nails. The product, by softening up the nail allows you to work on it thereby getting rid of the fungus. I hope it is perfect for the summer so I can wear sandals.
