This rollator was easy to assemble. I've been using it for a couple weeks and it's exactly as advertised. Because of a number of medical conditions I'm not able to walk more than 20 or so steps without severe pain. I need to sit often when trying to walk. It has sturdy construction, a wide seat and frame, is light weight and easy for me to lift over curbs or door jams. Though it is wide, it isn't too wide to fit through my doorways. We're able to fold it and stow it in the backseat of the car. I feel secure when walking with it and when sitting on it. The pouch under the seat has been of great use to me, as I store small items I might need while out and about and no one knows I have valuables with me. The pouch is big enough to hold two loaves of bread side by side. The height of the seat is extremely comfortable, not too low, not too high. It's easy to sit down on and stand up from. I was able to affix my wheelchair arm pocket to the backrest and I bought a cup holder which I affixed to it.
