I was very hesitant to order this for my daughter after reading mixed reviews but figured for the price I would give it a shot. She is 1 so I did not want to order a heavy duty wooden kitchen at this stage. This kitchen worked out perfectly for her and she loves it! She loves to open the doors and drawers and push the buttons on the stove tops to make them bubble and sizzle. She can't quite reach the top microwave part but she will be able to soon and it doesn't bother her. She loves the plastic kitchen ware and pretends to make food. It took my husband less than an hour to put it together so it wasn't hard to set up. My daughter isn't exactly gentle but this kitchen has held up well. We've had it for about 3 months now and nothing has broken or come apart. For us it was definitely a good purchase!
