After all the reviewing of many many MANY of these, I finally made my purchase of this one and boy oh boy does this little guy clean out your gums, LOVE IT. The small tip really gets in there and gushes out the junk. I have braces and this little baby CLEANS very very well. I also like the fact I can adjust the speeds on this and it stays charged. Only think I do recommend is that you empty it out after use, turn it on and let all that water inside come out so it can dry and once in a blue moon put a cap full of hydro peroxide in it with your water to flush it out. But make sure you dry it out after each use so no funk builds up in there and gets you sick. But all in all this is a really good one and I have reviewed least 15 of these bad boys. Hope this helped.
