Not bad (for what it is), and SUPER long shelf life/easy prep
I bought this since I live in a hurricane zone. Decided to crack the bucket open and try the beef stew before a disaster set in. This stuff is sealed to the max; first in a foil bag which contains a non-toxic desiccant. Followed the directions exactly, and wound up with an edible lunch, and it stuck to my ribs. It has an expiration date of 2048 which should be long after I've checked out of this planet. I recommend this product for emergency use, but don't think one would want to eat it too often.
